We’re proud to announce that Core Highways has achieved certification to PAS 2080: Carbon management in buildings and infrastructure via our assessment body NQA in recognition of our commitment to sustainability, efficiency, and continuous improvement in our sector.

We were also delighted by the auditors’ comments, which noted some industry leading practice on carbon reduction through the use of traffic impact modelling and technology to improve traffic flows through roadworks.

“This certification highlights the fantastic work our teams are doing to integrate carbon management across all our projects,”  says Maura Read, Environmental and Sustainability Lead at Core Highways. “It demonstrates our commitment to sustainable infrastructure and positive environmental impact.”
