#### We are excited to unveil a pivotal development at Core Highways: the establishment of our Technical Centre of Excellence (TCoE).

This initiative marks a significant stride forward in enhancing the quality of our services and deepening our commitment to customer support.

**What is the Technical Centre of Excellence?**  
The Technical Centre of Excellence (TCoE) is a dynamic, virtual community composed of dedicated Core Highways professionals, all united by a shared commitment to continuous improvement. This team of technical experts is not only devoted to advancing our core values but also to elevating the design and operational delivery of temporary traffic management.

**What Will the TCoE Do?**  
At Core Highways, we believe in taking responsible actions, and safety is the cornerstone of everything we do. It’s a principle we uphold in our thoughts, words, and deeds, ensuring we always consider the well-being of each other, our customers, the environment, and the business.

Moreover, we are guided by our core values, one being: Stronger Together.  By combining our knowledge, skills, resources, and experience, we harness the power of teamwork. Working hand-in-hand with our customers, we are dedicated to addressing their challenges with collaborative solutions that make a real difference.

Our clients place their trust in us because of our unparalleled technical expertise, which is the foundation of our service offerings. The TCoE will be instrumental in continuously honing this expertise, guaranteeing that we deliver the highest standards across all our projects.

This group will serve as a support system for colleagues throughout the company, providing technical advice and addressing challenges with precision and insight. Additionally, the TCoE will establish and communicate best practices and competency standards, ensuring a consistent and ever-improving approach to our work.

**Who Are the Members?**  
The TCoE is composed of passionate volunteers from various sectors within Core Highways. This diverse group will meet monthly to develop actionable plans, foster connections with industry bodies, and drive our mission forward.

These members represent the Senior Leadership Team, Regional Management Teams, and specialised local experts, all collaborating without hierarchy. The environment within the TCoE is one where ideas flow freely, and everyone has the freedom to express their thoughts openly.

**Why the TCoE Matters**
