As we continue to grow as a business, and develop how we work with our customers, we have some exciting news to share about a recent work win.

The A40 Westway is a key project for Transport for London, repairing life expired structures on this key route into London.

We started on site in July for Costain Group PLC with the scheme expected to last for 12 months. Combining the track record and delivery footprint of our historic businesses helped us to secure the project, highlighting how we really are #strongertogether under the Core Highways brand.

We are excited to live up to the demands of continuing to deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction on the A40 as this will be key to maintaining previous successes that the legacy business achieved.

Simon White, Major Projects & National Clients Managing Director said; ‘We are delighted with this win. This is a flagship project for Core Highways, our client Costain and for Transport for London; the A40 Westway is major structure, critical for traffic flowing in and out of Central London.'

'We are proud to be part of this high profile and complex project to extend its lifespan.'

‘This is our first major project win that can be attributed to the new Core Brand, bringing together our major projects team with prior working experience with Costain along with significant operational input from the South East team with an enviable knowledge of the local network.’

Winning and delivering this project has required high levels of collaboration between our Major Projects and South East region teams and we are excited to share more growth news in the near future.

'This is a flagship project for Core Highways, our client Costain and for Transport for London.'
