We're thrilled to share some exciting news about the recent achievements of three of our dedicated team members who have earned a highly regarded certification.
Recognising Personal Triumphs
Emma Phillips, Major Projects Manager; Phil Fricker, Design Technician; and Abby Perry, Innovation and Continual Improvement Manager have each successfully earned the Institute of Highway Engineers (IHE) Temporary Traffic Management certification.
This prestigious certification was awarded after they completed a comprehensive and demanding two-part course designed specifically for professionals in the design and planning of temporary traffic management on highways. The IHE’s Professional Certificate in Temporary Traffic Management Engineering serves as a testament to their expertise and competence in this critical field, reinforcing their professional standing within the highway industry.
Industry-Recognised Excellence
The Professional Certificate is widely respected across the highways and street works sector as a benchmark of qualified design and engineering personnel. National Highways hold the certificate in high regard with Traffic Management Managers and Designers expected to hold this qualification by October 2024, in accordance with National Highways’ ‘Raising the Bar No. 39 – Traffic Safety and Control at Roadworks.’
